The product goes together relatively quickly, but isn't very sturdy; even when all the screws are tightened, the rectangles formed by the frame pieces quickly deform into parallelograms when the end handles are used to tug the cart from place to place, even unloaded.
The bigger problem is that the caster mounts are beginning to disintegrate inside the metal tubes they're pushed into, and the metal itself is flexing enough that the plating is flaking off where the casters are inserted. I'm going to have to get some sturdier units from the local home-improvement store and rig up something that won't collapse, as I unwisely discarded the packaging after only a few days' use.
All in all, very disappointing product.

The quality is decent and the assembly was easy.
I won't call it picture perfect, but it came out pretty much the way I expected.
For the price of $35.99, I can not complain at all. But then for $19.08 of shipping? Ouch!
