Tools and Hardware Reviews of 100 LED Aluminum Flashlight (Silver/Black)Customer Review: VERY BRIGHT Summary: 4 StarsTHis flashlight is well-made and it is very bright. It uses four AA batteries (not included).
Customer Review: 100 LED Flashlight Summary: 5 StarsThe 100 LED Flashlight is a great buy. If you are looking for a small seven inch flashlight that illuminates entire rooms then purchase this. I live in a third floor apartment and at night can shine the light, through the window, to the parking lot and read license plates. There is a rubbery order on the handle but it is hardly offensive. It may dissipate with time. Some have stated problems with screwing the battery cover on but I have not experienced any problem at all. I pulled a staple from some papers and it fell on the carpeting. Rolled my chair back and tried to find it in the carpeting and could see nothing. Turned on the flashlight and swept the area and saw the refection of the staple in the carpet. That was amazing to me because a staple is not that big. Purchased the flashlight from Amazon and is well worth the price.
Customer Review: Brightest flashlight ever! Summary: 5 StarsGot one of these for Christmas last year and used it all year (for many hours). It's durable, solid and wicked bright. Finally had to replace the batteries after leaving it on for more than a week. Ended up buying 2 more... one for a gift and another one for me.
Customer Review: Good Output Flimsey battery pack Summary: 3 StarsNice strong light, but whe I first loaded the batteries it wouldn't come on with out shaking it. I then pulled on the springs so the batteries would fit tighter and taped the batteries in so they wouldn't fall out. I'll keep it, but wouldn't buy another one
Customer Review: Technicalities Summary: 3 StarsWhat you may not know about these high LED count lights and should know is without a lower power(LED) option and the Big Kahuna 95 LED flashlight also qualifies is you are going to run into trouble in colder climates and conditions. These lights will not operate below 40 degrees F because the batteries can not supply enough power to light all of the LED's. It's the all or nothing approach that produces this weakness. If however you plan to use the flashlight in warmer conditions; I
would recommend 50 degrees F and reasonably above, you'll be perfectly fine. You'll get a very bright light that will last a very long time. Please do not put these lights in your car in winter because even with new batteries they will not work unless you're in the tropics or some similar climate.
