WOW..exactly what i ordered, half the price than the stores here in milwaukee. Bran new out the box. All i had to do is open it & put my cigars in side.I`M picky as hell when i spend my hard earn money.I ordered my humidor from bally (new) with no!!!,scratches!,nicks!,and 100% put together & ready to go. GREAT JOB! BALLY!! I WILL BE ORDERING MORE FROM YOU!. For those that have problems with other companies,MAKE SURE IF YOU WANT NEW YOU ORDER NEW,IF IT DOESNT SAY NEW AND MUCH CHEAPER, ITS USED, I`M SURE THATS WHERE A ALOT ON THE PROBLEMS COME IN WITH SCRATCHES , AND NICKS, IT LOOKS LIKE ITS WORHT $500 AND IT WORKS VERY WELL....100% SATISFIED..(H.J IN MILWAUKEE)
