This item is listed all over the internet as a dual zone wine cooler - but it is not. We have one (which we ordered from another site unbeatablesale.com and which arrived previously opened and damaged, but that's another story). But, not only did we receive a product with a cracked door, it isn't even dual zone which is the entire reason we purchased it. Nowhere in the instruction manual is it described as dual zone and there is only one temperature control. Don't waste your money on this product. Attempts to contact the manufacturer have been ignored. I totally regret my purchase.
