Customer Review: not even sufficient for a simple battery change

My husband and I spent hours yesterday trying to change the batteries in about 10 watches of various types using this kit. We found that the "case opener" tool has too large a blade to fit into the groove of any watch. So we tried the small screwdrivers, which were bent and chipped on the ends when we were done. The tool to open screw-off watch backs is hard to hold onto and turn at the same time. And the kit did not come with a vice to hold the watch while you try to unscrew the back, as is shown in the on-line instructions referenced on the kit's package. In the end, we successfully changed all but 2 of the watch batteries, but the watches have major scratches and our fingers hurt from trying so hard.
