I spent over three months and countless hours online researching workbenches. I spent a week looking at the 2x4 basic workbench. It is fantastic. I was able to build a better workbench than the one I had finally settled on at less than 1/3 the price! I was able to use four of the six free shelf brackets to make a miter saw station for my compound miter saw and plan to buy another six pack of these. That's exactly what my garage needed, a solid workbench. It was easy to build. The legs are extremely strong and well designed. All the parts were there in the box even some extra screws. I recommend it for any garage.

I purchased, 2 sets of the workbench and two sets of the shelf links for shelving in the garage of my new home! This is one of those products that fills the bill, being well made, easily constructed and versatile to about any configuration! I can highly reccommend this product and give it a 5 star rating! I shelved the whole garage back wall with 2 workbenches and have approx $400.00 in the project including wood and all!Customer Review: As advertised

I was skeptical that it would be sturdy enough, but it is solid. I'm on the large side and I was able to jump right up on it with no worries. Built it at 30"x96". I opted to use 3" deckmate screws which may have made a difference (pretty sure it did). I also used 23/32 plywood. The directions call for 1/2" but to me I'd rather have the added strength - so what if surface stick up a little bit. To me you can't beat the value of the finished product.
