Not much to say except this filter does exactly what it's suppose too. I've used these filters for 6 months and a few up to a year to treat our drinking water. Our water comes from a community well that is heavily chlorinated. After the water goes through this filter it removes all detectable traces of chlorine. Water smells fresh and is chlorine free. I have bought plenty of these filters from this company and I had two that were in bad shape(all the charcoal was in tiny pieces when installed) and replaced them both with no problems.Customer Review: Hard to find, But found it here!

I have been looking all over my area for these filters, the GAC1-SS and no one in my area had these any longer, Unit was purchased at home depot and the sales person there had no idea where to get them, as they no longer use that line, Found them here on Amazon and i am glad i did, the company that supplies them here on amazon is great, they have a great turnaround time.
Will use there for all my GAC1-SS filters.
