Tools and Hardware Reviews of 3M 97023-00000 Peltor Junior Earmuff, BlueCustomer Review: Good protection for your baby/toddler's ears Summary: 4 Stars
I purchased these for my son to protect his ears at concerts we take him to. At first I was afraid he'd hate them and they would squeeze his head too much but he does not mind them at all. I think it really helps calm him from loud music and crowd noise. They do get in the way when he is sleepy and wants to rest his head on my shoulder but nothing's perfect. He looks really cute in them too!
Customer Review: Great Product Summary: 5 Stars
My son absolutely loves these. He has e-muffs just like daddy only they fit better than daddy's. He looks cute and it protects his ears at the same time. He even wears them when he rides in daddy's truck (which is a little loud due to no muffler!)
Customer Review: Great and cute! Summary: 5 Stars
These are really great. My son smiled the first time I put them on his head. I tried them on too and they seem very comfortable. He looks pretty stinking cute in them too. We haven't had occasion to use them, but I can't wait!
Customer Review: Great earmuff, love them Summary: 5 Stars
These are great earmuffs, my 4 year old son uses them when we go to the amusement park and other outings when the noise is loud. We love them and are thankful to have purchased them so we can have peaceful family outings with him and he can enjoy amusement parks.
Customer Review: Great for Sensitives Summary: 5 Stars
My 3-year-old son has hyper-sensitive hearing. Blenders, lawn mowers, loud fans, etc sound *really* loud to him. He used to cover his eyes and ears with his 'blankie' in fear when he'd hear a loud noise. After talking with his therapist, I decided to get him a pair of these headphones.
They've made a huge difference for us. Before I vacuum, I warn him it's going to be loud and offer him the headphones. He always says YES! He's no longer afraid of the vacuum. Same with the mower, blender...
We bring it to the zoo with us because they have robo-tronic noises that used to FREAK him out. Now he's cool with it. It's so much better with these headphones.
You can still hear voices really well with these on. (I've tried them myself while stretching them out). It's just the loud, droning-type noises that are quieted.
Also, they *are* adjustable. The ear-cup thingy's slide down the metal wires to make them bigger. Totally worth the money for us.
