I thought my memory deceived me until now, until reading this email from your company. What I DID order was a 6-pack of filters! What I DID receive was ONE (1) filter!! Imagine that!
How shall we rectify this? Or is this the new business model? That is, half of the order I placed that day arrived as shown in your online catalog, half did not, thus the new motto for Amazon: "We guarantee 50% satisfaction!!"
