I read the reviews about this product. I was concerned about the "Solenoid not included" comment so I email the company. They quickly responded that the solenoid was included. I ordered the product. It does not come with instruction but there are only two wires and an in/out for the water which is marked with an arrow. Hard to screw up! Took me 20 minutes to install - mainly because it's hard to reach behind the water heater.
Bottom line - easy to install, stopped the leak problem I had with the original part. What else could you ask for?
