The box arrived damaged. Some of the hardware was missing and the frame bent. The damage was minor and easily repaired. The addition of washers was required to prevent the wheels from scuffing on the frame.
Once assembled, the product worked as advertised. I like the fiberglass pole. It's a clever idea and works pretty well.
