Customer Review: Durable, effective weatherstripping

Bronze spring weatherstripping is considered by many to be the "gold standard" for good reason. Typical home center foam stripping eventually loses its spring, the adhesive fails, or it just falls apart after a relatively short time, and if the perfect width foam isn't installed, it leaves gaps or makes it difficult to shut the door. The bronze springs away from the door frame, and makes a complete, tight seal with the door. And it lasts forever (well, decades...). It's difficult to find in most parts of the country, but it's well worth the search and a little time for installation. Just be sure to tack it up straight to avoid kinks/crimps in the strip.
