The drawers do not slide properly on mine. They have a tendency to jam and hang up. The company's return policy requires the customer to pay return shipping costs for even defective merchandise. This item is quite heavy for it's size so it would be quite expensive to return. They also charge a 15% re-stocking fee, so you are essentially paying them to take back defective merchandise.
