I bought this bed and had no idea what to expect, had never slept on a air mattress. I slept on it for a week and it was wonderful!! Easy set up and very easy to deflate and put away in the closet. This product is a great buy.
It does everything it claims. It is comfortable. It DOES inflate in about one minute and because it has its own self-contained pump you never need to look for where you put that darn pump. It is comfortable and holds the air pressure without any problem. Because the air pump actually DEFLATES the mattress too, you don't need to wait around for a long time waiting for all the air to get out of the mattress before you can fold it up and put it away.
If there is a drawback, it is the weight. Once it is folded up and put back into the provided shoulder bag it has a pretty hefty weight. This is not something I would relish carrying around Europe for any length of time. But I haven't figured out how you can get this quality without its associated weight.
For us, it's perfect. We do not plan to travel with it. We just needed it for when more company visits than we have extra beds on which they can sleep. I would buy another in a New York minute.

Biggest pros: Easy to inflate - pump is adjustable and plugs right into the wall. Stayed inflated for over a week - never ended up lying on the floor in the morning. The fuzzy mattress cover is nice and comfortable.
Only complaint is that it costs more than twice what a generic camping air mattress costs, and doesn't really feel or function twice as good. It's a really nice air mattress, but still just an air mattress.

So far so good. I've been sleeping on air mattresses for the past 5 years. They usually last for 2 years before deflating, so this is my third. I chose the AeroBed because a friend had let me borrow his, and I loved it. Although I thought I was ordering the same one, mine turned out to be a bit smaller. (His was a Queen, mine's a Full.) The comfort zone coils are awesome and my partner likes this mattress better than the last one I had. Also, my roommate doesn't hear any noise when I roll around on this one, compared with my last.
