Traveling with a 6 year old and a 2 year old, I have to say that this thing helped out so much. It was comfy and the fitted fleece cover was cute and soft.. the raised edges kept my 2 year old from rolling off. My in-laws have all-tile floors so even making a pallet of blankets on the floor wasn't really a good option. This was perfect. It did take up a chunk of a suitcase but it is light and easy and SO WORTH IT. Highly recommend this for travelers with small children. Oh, and my 6 1/2 year old boy really wanted to sleep on it instead of the sofa bed. He's small for his age but he would have had no problem making this his bed. We will get years of use out of this with all family living out of town.Customer Review: A money saver

I like this bed a lot. I bought one for each of my [...] twins so that we wouldn't have to rent cribs or play yards for sleeping away from home. Renting for even one night costs the same as each of the beds so I got my money's worth immediatley.
The bed is very sturdy and and large enough that the kids will be in them for several years before we have to go up a size.

I purchased this bed for a week long vacation with my toddler and she slept like a baby the entire trip! It was incredibly easy and fast to inflate and deflate and did not leak at all. The sheet included is cozy and adorable, better than the picture. Pros:
*This aerobed has a wonderful easy to use hand-held electric pump.
*The moon and stars cover is soft and my daughter loves it.
*It is a good size for a toddler and big enough for older children.
*It is comfortable.
*It is practical with the raised sides.
*The set up and take down is very, very easy.
*It is light to transport and is very compact.
Cons:
*It is very noisy when my daughter makes any type of movement.
*It can be cold.
My solution to the noise and bed surface temperature:
This aerobed surface is not covered by material like my other aerobed. Without this material cover,the bed makes a lot of noise when my daughter moves and is cold. To solve the problem, I made sure the bed was fully inflated (I read this suggestion on another web site) and put multiple layers of covers under the moon and stars cover, including a larger mattress cover. The layers did not hinder the raised sides effectiveness. This involves more packing for trips but for us well worth it. My daughter loves "her moon and stars bed" and we are very satisfied with the product.

We bought this for a recent week long family trip. The hotel had 2 queen size beds and with 3 kids that wasn't enough! To pay the extra money for a suite was ridiculous! This bed inflated in under a minute, was super comfy and cozy and my daughter (age 2) loved it and slept through the night for the entire trip. We kept it inflated for the duration and it stayed nice and firm with no need to re-inflate. When it was time to deflate it, it took about 2 minutes and folded FLAT! I LOVE this and would rate it 10 stars.
