The fan arrived in a timely fashion. It was packaged extremely well and required very little "assembly". It's my second time purchasing this particular model. I still have the first fan...no problems. It affords just enough breeze to keep me comfortable when I'm on my computer. Pros: Good fan speed to fan size ratio, fairly quiet for a cheap fan, Clip mounting very efficient
Cons: Its a cheap small desk fan, dont expect a super high speed silent vortex of wind coming at you, No oscillation
Use: I use this in my garden attached to a pole to get air movement on my plants. effectively it can move air in about a 3 foot space with most of the power in the 1-15 inch range. easy to install and fast delivery.

A sturdy little fan, with a grippy clamp. Very adjustable. Lacks data regarding how much power it draws. Grounded plug. Not too loud, especially on lower setting. Added 1 January 2010: But, having used it now for three months, I am a bit disappointed by the flimsy clip, as noted by other reviewers. Hard to say if it is a design or manufacturing defect, but defective it is. When you try to adjust the fan or to move it, down it goes. Much to the fan's credit, its multiple bounces on the floor have not destroyed it.
So, my modified review is: a great fan if it is going to stay put. If you plan to move it around, find one with a better connection to its base.

I am a very OCD person so when looking for a fan of this style there were about 50 to choose from. After long deliberation I chose this fan because of the overall quality of construction. The cord is very solid, the coil spring provides good clamping force, and the grill is designed to allow maximum airflow through the front and back (less noise, less dust.) The motor is about as quiet as you can hope for, and the low setting very comfortable as long as you have it at least 3 feet away.Customer Review: GOOD LITTLE FAN FOR A SMALL SPACE ONLY
