Written instructions not too easy to follow. The grille is not easy to put on. The original bulb was defective and it is a very special bulb to replace, as it has pins vs. a screw in type. Also, when u turn the fan on, it does not hold a kleenex to it, which I have read is the way to test, to see if it drawing in air. However, the fan is quiet. There are better products out there for the money.

The quiet exhaust fan series features an energy efficient fluorescent light with a contoured low profile grill, a moonstone glass lens and a night light. All can be wired to operate separately and the electronically balanced centrifugal blower wheel assures maximum ventilation at minimum sound. Energy Star Rated spring loaded damper protects against back drafts. UL listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit. HV12100 Certified. Standard 26 watt maximum compact fluorescent 4 pin quad tube lamp, 4 watt night light, bulbs not included. Motors suitable for continuous operation. 4" metal duct collar with back draft damper provides a solid ducting connection and prevents drafts from entering the room.
