Based on the description of the product and the many positive reviews, I was hoping that this was going to be the perfect device for my needs. Unfortunately I was wrong.
It does not seem to have ANY noticeable affect on odor removal in the home. Cook a strong smelling dinner, it will still linger that evening. Chemical cleaning products are totally untouched. Possibly because it has no fan to circulate air, it just sits there creating a small amount of heat. I'm at a loss. Maybe I was wrong for thinking this device would help keep the air in my home smelling fresher than without. But just so other possible buyers are aware - THIS WILL NOT HELP ODOR REMOVAL.
Still gave the product 3 stars for Amazon's no questions asked return policy.
