What a joy to use. This clamp is just what I needed for longer-sized cuts for a new back door. Easy to use; sure wish I had purchased one years ago.
Customer Review: A-50 Clamp Guide Summary: 5 Stars
Great addition to my workshop, wish I had one a long time ago. Convenient to use making cutting and routing easier and with greater accuracy and control.
Customer Review: AWESOME! Summary: 5 Stars
this is probably the best clamping system I have owned, I have always used Tru-grip clamps and suffered some side play issues, then I decided to give these a shot. They have a unique way of locking down the sliding clamp so as to eliminate side play, these things so not move and clamp absolutely straight, simple and easy to use - don't hesitate to purchase!
Customer Review: All in One Clamp is it worth it? Summary: 4 Stars
All in One Clamp, is it worth the asking price? I am a finish carpenter by trade and a designer as a pass time. I found this straight edge to be rugged and well made! On the down side I would like too see even less plastic in its design increasing its durabuility. My point on worth, yes to the All in One Clamp A-50-50, but to be honest I truely think their longer models are a bit excessive in price, which is shy-ing me away from a purchase even though I would love their 100" model to do such things as doors where a straight edge cut is crucial. For me the small time operator wanting to purchase the 100" models is equal too affording a Mercedes-Benz, WELL BUILT although exspensive and exclusive!
Customer Review: An OK product Summary: 2 Stars
I do alot of dado cutting with a router and have used a straight edge of red oak with two clamps as a guide. I saw this product and thought wow this would eliminate tha clampting and it would be self sqauring thus minimize time for measuring. Not so! The product does not self square despite what you would think so if you do not take care in how you position ( measure both ends of dado ) you will get off sqaure cuts. Also, I tried working with it on 3/4 inch plywood bookcases I was making for a client and on four of five tries when I pushed router against straight edge it moved. I am back to the red oak straight edge for this project.
One more note, I thought by getting the 50 incher that I would have more flexibity, but on short pieces like 12 and 15 inch wide plywood be careful you need to brace the Clamp or the long end will pull your work up.
Maybe I will conquer getting the clamping action to work, but in my opinion it is not a time saver.
