Customer Review: So Close to Greatness - Then Really Far Away

The blade holder does not cover the bottom, sharp, side of the blade. So when it retracts there is a chance it will cut into the 'metal' of the blade compartment, thus not retracting all the way. Yup. You read right. Cut INTO the 'metal'. Some sort of proprietary alluminum/plastic alloy is my guess. It gets better after the blades cut a groove the full distance it retracts. Then the blades start getting stuck in a hole they eventually cut through the 'metal'.
This would be the best utility knife yet known to humankind, if not for this fatal flaw.
