I've purchased a few hoses that are "no kink" and "industrial" types. They ALL kink and are extremely frustrating. I bought this for my backyard, which is fairly large. I frequently extend the hose out to nearly 100', and have actually never had it kink. Although it doesn't seem like a big deal, fighting with a 100' hose full of water is a pain. I just used it for the first time today and it seems to be a good quality hose, but ironically, my NeverKink hose had a kink in it - right at the output end of it, the end *without* the black plastic cover - right out of the box before I even removed the packaging. Because of the hose's weight and because it still works, it's not worth shipping it back, but I'd never expect a hose called the NeverKink to arrive pre-kinked. I am sorry to say that this item kinks up more than a rattlesnake trying to get away from a coyote. After many years of using premium, life-time guaranteed rubber hoses from a huge retail company, I decided that I was tired of the black marks that were left on my concrete and bricks. I was aldo tired of the hoses kinking - no matter how I used them. Walla, I saw this and decided to try it. It does not leave black marks. That is good. Howver, it is very stiff and it kinks every bit as much as my premium rubber hoses. I do not recommend this item.Customer Review: Best Hose!
