I have to add my voice to the chorus of approval for this Stanley staple/brad gun. It is light and comfortable in my (relatively large) hand, the resistance is about right - you know you have a serious tool but it doesn't give you cramps - and, most importantly, it drives a 1/2" staple flush to the surface of a doug fir 2x4 in the low power setting. I bought it to attach a bamboo slat privacy screen to an old fence and it does the job. I'm sure I'll find many other uses for this little weapon of mass construction. It's actually fun to use.
