I bought 4 of these products (2 500 Watts & 2 2400 Watts) to replace Intermatic switches that broke every few weeks (CF lights). Two of the installations worked smoothly - including a 3-way switch that gave me headaches with the intermatic. However, I had problems with both units on one location (system would go crazy, blinking display and resetting). Since I had problems with both units, I believe there's something with my wiring and not the units. The other two installations are working perfectly. If you need a timer for a CF light, this is the way to go.Customer Review: Good product!

This switch is working well, as advertised. Avoids having to adjust the timer for our external lights every few weeks. I set it for several degrees west of our location, so that the lights come on closer to twilight, rather than at sunset (we're not using the sunrise program).Customer Review: Great Product

I purchased four of these switches. Of the four, the battery in two almost immediately failed. When the electricity goes out, they loose their programming. Otherwise, this is a great product.Customer Review: Great product, insanely great customer service

I bought this product to turn my outdoor lights on and off automatically. It adjusts for the changing sunrise and sunset times. Installation is very straight forward and programming is as well. I originally shipped to an incorrect address and Smarthome was incredible responsive and helpful about resolving the mistake, which was not theirs to begin with. Their customer service organization is a model for others to follow.
