I also have been unable to find replacement filters for my Bionaire WH2510 which is about five years old. The filters I bought directly from Bionaire absolutely do not fit my humidifier model although the very nasty customer service rep. insisted it is the right filter for my machine. She refused to let me return them and laughed when I said I would file a dispute with my credit card company.
I tried buying an off-market brand but the filters didn't wick the water.
Will never buy Bionaire again.

The humidifier wick for the Bionaire humidifier comes 3 to a package, but the humidifier requires only 2 filters. Why would they not package them in 2 or 4 to a pack?Customer Review: Misleading

We were very displeased with this seller because of the misleading description for the product. The humidifier requires two filters. The seller advertised a "3 Pack" with no further explanation. The logical conclusion then is that you are going to get a total of 6 filters if you get one 3 pack, but that was not the case. One 3 pack actually equalled 3 individual filters. My Bionaire humidifier is not new. I've been happy with it for about 3 years. But once I ran through the filters that came with it, I found I had trouble getting replacements. For awhile I could buy them at a local store, and then when they stopped carrying them I tried the internet. I bought some through Bionaire, but that was a hassle. So I was very happy to find that I could buy them through [...] - and I've had no problems since - except maybe that they appear to be 'off brand' rather than Bionaire filters.
