Customer Review: Handy air dryer that stores tiny

I have a small place and need to be able to air dry without dedicating space to a stacking rack. These fold up into about a 12" x 7" oval - the squishing is a little tougher than the car windshield sun reflectors as they're much sturdier, but the theory is the same. They have a strap which fastens with a buckle on the bottom to create the arch which lifts the mesh off the ground. Alternatively, they fit across the bathtub. Drying time is good with both sides open to air. Sleeves do need to be folded over (as shown) or left to hit the ground when using in the arched position as the oval isn't big enough to handle them - this is an OK tradeoff for me as to make it big enough to handle sleeves the dryer would have to be gigantic. I am writing this review because I did not find instructions in previous reviews, at the time I ordered mine, as to HOW to get it to fold back into its original, compact storage shape. Here is that information.
* HOW TO FOLD IT BACK UP FOR STORAGE, ONCE YOU'VE OPENED IT FLAT: *
Grasp each of the two ends of the oval, and twist your hands in opposite directions, rotating one wrist away from you and the other towards you. In this way, force the frame to bend as though you wanted to make a figure-8 of it. It will begin to "willingly" cooperate, once twisting--into a neat, flat stack of about three loops (so, you will not end up with it in a figure-8, but of course you never did care about actually making a figure-8, you only want the thing to fold neatly).
Ta-daaaa!
It comes with a handy elastic band to place around it while folded flat, to secure it.
Although I haven't yet dried anything on it, it looks, feels, and handles like a well-made product of quality materials, appropriately robust for its intended purpose. The design is clever and useful.
I recommend it!

I bought 2 of these racks to replace my stacking flat racks. My old racks were so big and didn't collapse, so it was hard to find a place to store them. I bought these because they collapse and would store nicely. They work well, and it's nice to have the width adjustment, so I can make it the right size to fit on my washer.
A few things to note:
If you are bad with sunshades, be prepared to be bad at putting this away. There are no instructions. It took me about an hour to figure it out. Hold the rack so that the longer way is in each hand. Roll the ends towards each other, and it should fold into shape.
Also, this says it will fit over a bathtub, but what it should say it "standard tub". I have a garden tub, and it does not fit over the tub.

I ordered two Sunbeam Dryer Racks and they are wonderful! They are the perfect size for one sweater or several small items and fit perfectly over my bathtub. They are easy to fold and store and are durable.
