Just got this pan for my wife for Christmas. Made our first batch of our favorite brownies - and they came out better than ever - crispy edges and chewy middles... This pan REALLY works! Would rate it 5 stars except that it would seem, given that the width of each brownie is pre-determined by pan's size and there are already 2 or 3 perfect edges on the brownie, that the designers of the pan should have put some hash marks on the pan's side walls to indicate where to cut to get brownies of uniform length, too. As it stands, our brownies had perfect edges on 2 or 3 sides - but all were of slightly different lengths when we cut them... - not the perfection the pan seemed to deliver in its message and a shame given the thought that was put into the pan. If not hash marks to indicate where to cut, maybe a nice accessory piece would be a "cutter" - which would fit into each of the pan's channels exactly and perfectly cut 4 or 5 brownies of even lengths, etc...Customer Review: Also great cornbread pan

We've had this for a week, and have not made brownies yet. However, We've used it for cornbread twice. Very nice! Plenty of edges, yet the edges do not get hard or dried out like a conventional pan. Clean up is a breeze. The included spatula is exactly the right size. I told a friend about this, and she ordered one the same day. I know several other people who would really like it. I'm not hardcore about my brownie edges like many others appear to be. In all honesty, I tend to prefer a slightly gooey brownie. The amazing thing about this pan is that you get the best of both worlds with every brownie square. Family members who like edges get edges. Family members who like a soft, moist brownie get a soft, moist brownie. You never have to worry about dry edges to completely bake the inside, nor a liquid middle for perfect edges. Everything just always bakes perfectly.
I absolutely love this thing.
