I saw this on Oprah as one of her "favorite things" and mentioned to my daughter. A wonderful surprise when I received it for Christmas. This is awesome if you like all your brownies with an edge. I got this awesome pan for my daughter who loves to make "Brownie Mignon". Wrap a brownie in cooked bacon and there you have it. My husband and I always fought over the corner brownies. I had seen a segment on one of the morning news shows one weekend about this pan and the guy who invented it. Well I decided to order it and give it a try. When I received it I was really impressed! The pan was much heavier than I expected and it comes with its own spatula to cut and remove the brownies with. I just used it this weekend and it makes awesome brownies! Clean up was a breeze! This pan is great! I made one of the recipes from the phamplet that was enclosed with the pan-they were perfect brownies and quite yummy! Crispy edges and soft middles-I shortened the baking time by about 10 minutes.
The batter went into the pan easily and the brownies came out beautifully as well.The spatula that comes with the pan was great. Clean up was a breeze. I have made chocolate chip cookie bars in this pan as well and they were equally as good!

If you love the corners and edges, this is the Brownie Pan for you. Heavy duty construction, should last a long time. I've enjoyed mine, very tasty.
