Product arrived quickly, 2 jars were shattered. I contacted Amazon who said to contact the company direct. Company appologetic, would credit my account for the two jars but would not ship a replacement for them which I wanted. They were poorly packed. I use these jars with a hand blender to make fabulous protein shakes. Since twelve of them come in the pack, I have found uses for the extra jars like storing coconut milk and soup.
