Customer Review: Failing Bath Grips Falling Off

We bought this item for our bath tub wall (4" tiles). I followed directions in putting it on, and it worked GREAT for a little over a week. Then my husband noticed it wasn't secure, so I again followed directions in securing them to the wall. No matter what I did, it kept falling off -- I can no longer get it to stick to the wall. (Any suggestions on what to do?) Also, the product we received looks different from the product picture shown here -- there was NO green-light indicators for each suction cup to show that it was holding firm. The wrong photo was posted to this website, which misled us in buying the product.
