I am very pleased with my magnetic holder. With space in my kitchen being extremely limited, I can now attach the paper-towel holder to the side of the frig. Its off the counter top, out of the way, yet easy to access when I need paper-towels. Delivery was super fast, and the price through Amazon saved me $4 from the lowest I found anywhere else! I was worried about this product because of the negative reviews it received about the magnet strength - it turns out I had nothing to worry about. It latches itself right onto my fridge without a problem. I added a picture to the product that shows it holding up one of my hardcover textbooks to show that it's capable (It wouldn't hold up the 1300 page one though.). I suspect reviewers problems are due to the magnetic surface on which they are trying to attach the towel holder.
The product itself is fairly sturdy, but looks pretty cheap (I wonder how OXO would make this.). Fortunately, the paper towel roll hides the cheaper parts of it. It's very easy to put a roll on, but a slight pain to take it off.
Overall, I'm happy with the product - it does what it says it will. I'm withholding the fifth star because of the lack of visual appeal.

I purchased this product primarily to save space. I have a stainless steel refrigerator, so I have the holder mounted up against the side. Because I can only place it on the right side of my refrigerator, the "open" end used for loading the paper towel roll is facing the back. Also, the roll sometimes moves off the rack when I reach for a paper towel, so I just make sure I hold it. Neither of these issues are a big deal for me as the product works well, the magnets are strong, and it saves space. Glad I purchased this product.Customer Review: Good product

We're very happy with this paper towel holder. It looks good and is easy to use. We put it on the side of our refrigerator which is at the end of of the counter. We preferred this to having to screw anything in the underside of the cabinets or having the holder on the counter. So we're pleased.
