I'm all about easy in the kitchen. This liner does what it's supposed to. Spills don't stick. I was worried it might reflect heat better or worse than a bare oven floor, or that it might smell at high temperature, but no. It just lies there keeping food off the floor of the oven.
The mat itself does stain. If you want the mat to stay pretty, you'll be disappointed. The point here is to keep the oven clean.
I mess with mine very little, and it shows no sign of wear so far. (I've used the oven 20-25 times.) It's cheaper and less work and mess than oven cleaner. For me, a no-brainer.
