I got this when I was about 4 months pregnant and love it. I'm now 8 months and am still able to sleep through the night without waking up. It truly helps me stay on my left side all night - without it I wake up flat on my back. I still don't really know what gel fiber is, but I think it is a great consistency - not too soft and collapsible but not too hard either. It gets dented in where I wrap my leg around it, but it fluffs back out.Customer Review: Love this pillow

This is my first body pillow and that explains the four star rating. It is very long. Since I move around a lot in the night this size makes it tough. I really like the gel fiber combination.
