I never lost a night of sleep because of pregnancy discomfort with this pillow. It is wonderful. I've always had body pillows, but this is a very good one compared to ones you can buy in the store.
The only complaint I have is that the filling can bunch or slide to one end. It's not usually too big of a problem, but it does require a good shake. It is also a little difficult to stuff in the body pillow case. Overall though, it's worth it for a good nights sleep!

I love my body pillow. It helps with knee pain, hip pain, and lower back pain. I can't sleep at night without it. I have a cover that is machine washable to always keep my pillow clean.Customer Review: What a GREAT pillow!

I received this pillow a few days ago and it's great. I have fibromyalgia and it's very difficult for me to sleep and keep areas of my body supported to minimize pain. This pillow is perfect! Whatever it is made of is wonderful. You have the feeling you are lying on a big gel pad. It didn't go flat from having full body weight on it either. Ok so you can get a crappy body pillow for like 10 bucks but this one is definitely worth the extra money. I wanted a body pillow for while I was pregnant and I had looked all over and only found cheap ones that wouldn't have held up. My husband works at a mattress store and sells pillows so he kind of has high standards. Unfortunately they don't sell body pillows so I decided to check amazon. The material this pillow is stuffed with is far superior to the $10 pillows you can find everywhere. Its so compfortable! I couldn't have made it though my pregnancy without this pillow!
