Save your money. This thing doesn't work. I bought it to keep the squirrels from digging up my lawn. I've had it out there for over a month and they're still digging up my grass. Also, the back doesn't stay on very well. I'll be returning this item shortly.Customer Review: Doesn't work for me

Bought this to try to keep the feral cats out of my backyard but it doesn't work. I noticed the cats were using my patio chairs and the shelf of my bbq grill as a resting place so I placed this right in front the chair and the grill.....and cats still sleep there.
The motion activated sprinkler is much more effective so save your money and buy that instead.

Do not waste your money on this product!! It doesn't repel anything!! I've had people walking their dogs and stop dead in front of this device and nothing. Squirrels and whatever else it is supposed to repel, NONE!!! So, save your money and find another solution!!!

It doesn't work period.
I have tried it all different ways. Had it up by the shed... Had it against the shed... Tried all different 'recommended' settings... You can imagine all the different way I have tried. I even had it facing the hole the 'damn' mole had dug to get into my fenced-in garden, and watched it walk right by this 'product'. The Mole even waited around to 'smell' this machine. This is a complete fraud.
A total waste of my money, but I don't have the energy to return it!!
I bought this only because Amazon had it on their list, with people giving it a 3 and 4 stars. I should have listened to the 1 star people.
I will be more circumspect on What's on the Amazon list in the future.
Can I give a minus rating for this product?

I put this item in my back yard to deter raccoons from getting too close to my chicken coop. It wouldn't even make my small dog, cats or even the local deer flinch. I relocated it, changed the volume and kept it out there for two weeks and still nothing. Funny it bothered my husband's ears but not the critters. Don't waste your time buying this, I returned mine.
