This is the most POWERFUL hand-held vac I have ever used. It charges in a short amount of time and absolutely picks up everything there is to vacuum up. It cleans efficiently and is always available for those hard-to-reach places. Well designed and thought out. Very powerful, easy to clean. I don't like the accessory holder on the stand, will be easy to lose the brush.
The battery starts to lose a charge after about 4 minutes but is designed for quick clean up not vacuming a whole room which it does well.

So far this has been an exemplary hand vac. Very Powerful vacuum feature.
Have not used all the features. One thing to consider when buying this product is the place you will use for storing/charging the vac. Our normal location was unsuitable (not enough height) so we temporarly have it stored/charging on the floor.

I am a great lover of Black & Decker products. I purchased this HandHeld Vacum and 100% satisfied with its performance. Its very powerfull and the most beautiful thing is that you can see what is being picked up through its plastic window. Full marks to Black & Decker.
