I am extremely pleased with this vacuum. Over the years I have purchased a number of hand-held vacuums, and this one is by far the best. It has more powerful suction and works for a longer time on one battery recharge than any others I have had. It's simple to use, and emptying the refuse is easy. I have owned other cordless vacs in the past and have not been that impressed with their performance. This cordless vac actually has the power and versatility to handle just about anything. The 18 V power is what likely makes the difference, giving the vac the power to handle most that is thrown at it. It also has a nice recharging/storage stand.
I would reccommend this product.

i purchased two of these and both are going back. The suction is great but all items sucked up get stuck in the nose and nothing goes into the dispenser. I spend my whole time picking out the clog. Quite noisy too.Customer Review: Buy this

Reading the reviews on this product, some complained about the noise, but this does not bother me. Only using it for small jobs, this vac is The best one that I have owned. The noise did not bother me at all. BD have done there homework on this one. It works great and folds up to be stored away in its charger. Try it, you will be impressed.
