Tool Review: works well but doesn't work long .........

I bought this for myself for quick porch and yard cleanups between professional landscaper maintenance visits, so it was only used about 8 - 10 times for less than a half hour each time for the period from 2002 to Fall 2005. It just up and died on its second time out in the Fall of 2005.
that seems to be my history with Black and Decker products.
