Love this little guy! It is very light and easy to handle! And powerful too! Battery lasted a long tine! Best if you charge it overnite---I would not be without it! I've owned two of these now and each time the plastic impeller breaks after 18 months. Google for cs100 and read other reviews and you will find very consistent reports of the impeller breaking after 18 months. Even worse, Black&Decker does not sell a replacement part, so you get to buy a new one after 18 months and chuck this in the landfill. What a waste. I love this blower, and my wife came around too. We both prefer it over our plug-in one, except for the big jobs. Battery gradually died. You unscrew all the screws to take it out. BB Battery HR5.5-12, which (2009) is $34 or $16 for a clone (Apex), plus shipping. Easy to replace if you can use a screwdriver. According to BB Battery, battery life is dramatically reduced if it's hot (68 degrees F: 5year, 86F: 3yr, 122F: 1yr), so keep it in a cool place. The only other negative is the wall-mounting of the charger is flimsy, so you need two hands to hang up the blower, one to hold the charger.Customer Review: Little plastic impeller ruins the whole product

We bought a newer version of this at Lowe's and it did not work as well as our old one. The battery only lasted about 12-15 minutes. This one works great and the battery lasts much longer. We are ordering two more just to keep on hand.
