I am very disappointed in this iron. It only steams when you press the steam button. It makes your clothes shine. It is no where as good as the Black and Decker 2030. I had to order another 2030 that one again as I was duped by the reviews I read. I would not recomment this iron to anyone. The 2030 is the iron of choice, in my opinion.Customer Review: Nice iron

I got this product after returning a sunbeam iron which was dripping. This one is nice to use although I have to agree with the person who said it has an awkward water filling system. Anything else is great. It`s worth the price.Customer Review: No Display

I purchased this iron less than 6 months ago, and the digital display has already broken. Unfortunately, the display tells you what setting to use (how hot), and I cannot remember what setting was what. Now granted, it has fallen off the ironing board a few times, but I have never had this problem with previous, less expensive irons.Customer Review: Pleasant surprise for wife

In searching Amazon for an iron to replace one that I had broken, I noticed the many positive comments regarding this B&D model. My wife is not high-tech and is also left-handed so I took these factors into consideration.
She was pleasantly surprised after she had used the iron a few times as the swivel function works great and the iron glides across the clothing. She also manages the digital setting for fabric type with ease. Only drawback that I have noticed is that she continues to rely on her water spray bottle instead of using the spray function on the iron. She does use the steam from the iron, however.
Overall, it was a great purchase at a fantastic price.

The iron stopped working within less than one month and only used 3 time and each time about 30 minutes. This is one of the worest product I ever purchased. Contacte Black and Decker and so far no response. Do not waste your money buy a better quality product. Amazon should take this products off their selling lists of product
