Customer Review: A big disappointment!

We bought this iron after a lot of research. In fact, we had purchased a couple of other irons and had to return those.Our previous experience with a B&D iron has been great. But this particular iron does not heat up properly or consistently. Inspite of using steam and high settings the wrinkles never go away completely. Today, a little over 6 months of purchase, it stopped working. I am going to contact the company for a refund. Will update the customer service part of the product too.
