I found that right after opening this item out of the box, just plugged it in and it worked super! From my own negligence, going through tall weeds, the bottom cap must have fallen off and spun somewhere out of this world. I have looked everywhere. I found no problem getting the missing part reletively inexpensively, and am eagerly awaiting the package in the mail so I can get out and back to my weedeating.Customer Review: B & D grass hog

Machine performed better, much better than any string trimmer I have had before. Really whacks thru rough stuff.
Automatic feed system is a godsend after dealing with several recalcitrant systems. As the spool feeds automatically I have no idea how fast it is using up the spool. Lightweight and easy to use, double cutting edge. A definite thumbs up here. Tom Smyth
