Customer Review: BEST for kitchen floor grout!!

I've tried many products for my huge area of ceramic tile. PINK grout, no less. Of course it has been an ugly brown for a long time. I sprayed grout cleaner on the grout, charged up the cordless scrubber, and the grout was clean in seconds. One thing I noticed about past reviews of this product was that it would not stay locked to keep the brush in one position. This is unfortunately true, unless you scrub side to side. If you try to push it back and forth, it does unlock itself. Also, I had a hard time finding it locally. I called Black and Decker to try to find out where I could buy this, as Menards no longer carries it, and another reviewer said they saw it cheaper there. Black and Decker say they have discontinued this item, so if you want to order it, do it now on Amazon where it is still available. We also used it on our deck to get the sap and dirt off, and it worked well, as long as I went side to side.Customer Review: Be Careful How Much You Pay

I purchased the Black & Decker NPS1018 18-Volt Cordless Electric Power Scrubber a few months ago after i got it i charged it up and then i washed my truck only to get frustrated that the head would not stay locked. I was so frustrated with it. I tried to see if something was missing but its the way it was poorly designed. Seems that black & Decker knew it but did nothing to fix the problem before dropping this off to the consumer. This is the first and last Black & Decker product i will by. My house is located under an Oak tree canopy so the outside of my house turns dark green from mold. I had tried a power washer but if I turned on enough pressure to clean the vinyl it would crack my old vinyl siding. I bought the Black and Decker Cordless Power Scrubber on the "hope" that it would clean my vinyl. The Scrubber preformed better then my wildest hopes! Using a standard cleaning solution the scrubber cleaned 98% of the vinyl. I only had to clean a couple of spots by hand. My wife and I are thrilled to find a tool that did such a good job on a very difficult cleaning task. I have already recommended the Power Scrubber to several friends!
