Customer Review: A great gadget
Summary: 5 Stars

This is great and works just as advertised. I love it. The suction is very stong.

Customer Review: A lifesaver if you have kids!

I researched this item here on Amazon and so I feel inclined to leave my own review of the product... It's simply amazing and it has saved my life so many times cleaning up after a messy 2 year old (and husband)! Holds a charge for as long as you need it to, and it is truly powerful. It is a bit heavy, but who the heck cares if it's doing its job properly?

Customer Review: A little disapointing
Summary: 2 Stars

I have two cats and was looking for a better way to clean up the cat little that spills around the edge of the box.
I had high expectations after reading all the rave reviews, to pick up all the cat litter my cats track out of their litter box. It had powerful suction at first, though it did let a lot of dust through the filters and tended to drop some of the debris as soon as I shut it off. Both filters, there's an accordion pleated paper filter and a plastic filter with tiny holes, became clogged within a week. To clean them, you have to wash them in water. The cat litter dust turned to cement as soon as I did that. I was never able to get the filters completely clean again despite a lot of effort. After that, we stopped using it for cat litter, it's intended purpose, but it continued to become more and more clogged over time, despite repeatedly cleaning the filters. Finally it's suction power is nil. We are throwing it away. I suppose that if you don't use it on clumping cat litter or other materials that may turn to clay or cement upon washing the filters, it might be an okay vacuum if you don't mind a bit of dust blow through.

Customer Review: A lot better hand vacuum than anything I have ever gotten.
Summary: 4 Stars

Now granted it is the best hand held vac I have had it does have some up and downs. I have had it for a few months and it has not lost suction and nothing has broken on it but in my opinion the pivoting head is not a astonishing feature... Even when I am trying to get under furniture there is not much the pivot head can do to reach under there very well. The thing that I like about the pivot head is that when stored it does not take up any space, but then again the dock it came with only has one spot to store an attachment so I sometimes misplace one and have to go hunting. Like I said this is a great vacuum for the money, has held up very well, and does what it is supposed to. I got this for in-between cleanings because we have a cocker spaniel whose hairs like to bundle up in corners and it does pick those up no questions asked.

Customer Review: A lot more powerful than you'd think.
Summary: 5 Stars

We got this vacuum to clean up around one of our litter boxes, but found that it's really great for the whole house. It's especially great for our shared computer office/work room because it's much easier to vacuum up around all of the tables, chairs, cabinets and various wires. You do have to empty it out quit often, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to how nice it is not to have to pull out a larger vacuum any more than once a week.
