This spot light is very bright i'm glad I bought it but it takes a very long time to charge, around 35 hours. will use at the house all the time but will nerver take hunting. If you need a good spot light this is it but the charge time is bad. I was useing it out in a large field and could see objects over 200 yeards away.Customer Review: Very Bright

Purchased this awhile ago to supplement a porch light that decides when it does and doesn't want to work. Charged it up according to directions and turned it on and was quite impressed. It is very bright. I was able to light up the entire first floor of my house from end to end within its reach. Took it outside and had no problem seeing around my backyard.
It is kind of heavy, and I couldn't use it the way I wanted to, though. My original plan was to leave it plugged in outside someplace safe and turn it on remotely with a remote controlled surge suppressor. However, you can't have this plugged in and turned on at the same time. It's strictly charge or use, not both. You can turn on only one of the lights or both, which is handy if you don't need to light up a huge area.
You won't want to take it on a long hike if you can't handle the weight, but for anything else, it seems to be pretty good. Haven't tested how long a charge lasts, as my standard uses don't demand that, but it's lasted as long as I needed it to whenever I have used it.

I bought this after a year of using a 5 mil. candle power flashlight that amazed me.
I can only tell you that I was shocked by the power of this 20 mil. candles flashlight.

I had to charge it for the first time for more than 40 hours before the green led flashed. It was a looong time but it was worth it.
It's surely big but it's not that heavy: 4kilograms. I was prepared for more so it's a good thing.
