In spite of the low customer rating, I thought I would give this brace a try. It does offer good wrist support, wrapping around the base of the hand as well as the wrist joint, but it was very uncomfortable to wear. The edge of the velcro rubbed on my skin and the thumb strap felt like it was cutting into my hand. It is basically a cheaply assembled product, though it has a good design. It's a low price, but you get what you pay for.
