We were extremely disappointed in the quality of the cover. It is not near the quality as advertisied. In fact,the cover is back in the packaging and will be given to a fund raising organization. It would cost more to return than it is worth. Our Brabantia board requires a high quality cover, we thought we ordered one.Customer Review: European ironing board cover

This cover was purchased online after it was no longer carried locally. It took a long time to find a place that had this particular size--for an oversized ironing board. Unfortunately, it is not made of the best quality fabric. It looks like muslin, but I'm sure it is not and in fact is probably not as nice as muslin. It appears to be typical of fabric that 'browns' easily from the heat of the iron. I made a pattern from it and will cover it with a pretty fabric for two reasons. One, it looks nice and two, it will help this last longer. The ones originally sold under the Brabantia name were much sturdier. This is the same price but not as nice.Customer Review: It fit well!

I've been using such an old beaten up cover that I was extremely pleased with my purchase because it fit so well. I added a bit of padding(my preference) and I found that my quilt tops did not slide off when using the board. It has no silicone. The color was good because I was ironing in a dark area.Customer Review: It fits!
