Arrived quickly and the hood was securely packed...it is installed in our new house and looks really nice...the highest fan level is noisy but so are all of the ones I researched. Lights are bright and the price on AMAZON was the best out there. Cannot comment yet on the efficiency of the hood because we are not in our house yet...so I am counting on all of the many reviews I have read and BROAN'S reputation.
