You can make something like this yourself with a higher output and lower cost. for almost $50, it's well worth your time.
It's a nice novelty item if you've got money burning a hole in your pocket. It puts out as much light as a 20-watt bulb.
I would avoid this puppy altogether if you're looking to replace any standard lighting.
