I got several of these and really liked them. I ordered more (not from Amazon; more fool me) and there were some defective units in the second batch. An email to the company (TOG & Associates) got a response within hours offering not only replacements, but a promise to track down the shipment of defective units and get them off the market. Now that's the kind of company I like to deal with!

EDIT: of course, timing may be an issue: I'm still waiting for the replacements on Mar 14th.
