Bought two units thinking both transmitters would work on one receiver. Found that they both work independantly which is GREAT ! Now I know who left their garage door open. I was extremely happy with the chamberlain garage door monitor. The only thing that I didnt like was that it had to be pluged into the wall not just run on batteries. Overall would highly recommend this item!Customer Review: Great idea, but....

Great idea, but if it doesn't work...
Bought one - worked out of the box - only had one false alarm - didn't have a range problem. But it stopped working one day - blinks red and green. Got a new battery, never got it to work again. So, I bought another one. This one has never worked. It was blinking red and green out of the box. Have tried different batteries, read and re-read the instructions (pushed the reset button). My guess - the transmitters fail. Now I have two units - neither works. If anyone wants, I'll sell them to you, at a great price - two for the price of one.

Easy to use and simple to install. Works great. I bought 2 and am using only one receiver. The receivers can handle up to 4 door transmitters. REAL easy to program additional units. It was cheaper here than anyplace else to buy one receiver and two transmitters AND I have a backup receiver if I ever need one.
